A RICH HISTORY

Think Space is located in the Riverfront Business Center along the Grand River in Lansing, Michigan. This historic building started life in 1919 as a service garage built by John D. Rockefeller’s Standard Oil Company. Over the years, it transitioned to a Distribution Center, Regional Office of Standard Oil of Indiana, and eventually a modern office and retail center. The current owner purchased the building in 1984 with the vision to preserve the unique and historic nature of the structure. The result is one of Michigan’s most remarkable meeting sites that links tradition with a modern facility in a scenic location.
