ABOUT THINK SPACE
Think Space was created to help Michigan invent the future by empowering creativity. The moment ideas are conceived or connected in new ways is an amazing experience. Ideas can be small, big, good, bad, in pairs, or all alone. They can come together in ways that disrupt systems, enrich lives, or change the world. They are uniquely human. This is a point of passion for us, but we know it doesn’t always happen on its own. That’s why we created Think Space, where new ideas are born.
WHY THINK SPACE?
The answer is simple – anyone seeking something different. Think Space is great for board retreats, off-site team meetings, client sales presentations, strategic planning, training sessions, and a host of things yet to be imagined. The business mantra of today is if you don’t reinvent yourself, someone else will do it for you. So grab a blank canvas, step away from your office, and find your Think Space.

Dave has never been mistaken for ordinary. He is a change agent whose passion is inspiring others to think different.
Dave has spent the past ten years at Apple Inc. as the Manager of Strategic Initiatives where he works with state leaders throughout the midwest to create innovative strategies aimed at reinventing education. Previously, Dave lived and worked in Washington D.C. before returning home to lead creative policy development efforts in the Michigan House of Representatives. Dave currently serves as the chairman of the board for the Michigan Association of Public School Academies (MAPSA) and the Center for Innovation in Education (CIE).
Dave and his wife Emily spend their free time scouring the world for amazing food and relaxing at their lakefront home with their dog, Jack, who can’t swim but thinks he is the appointed king of the lake. If you can’t find Dave, you might want to look out on the water where he will be on his paddle board dreaming up another crazy idea.

Traci’s mind is seldom at rest. Highly process-oriented, while others are dreaming of vision, she is developing the roadmap for execution. Strong instincts and perception guide Traci as she leads groups through solution based discussion. Her focus is not only on establishing a vision but the process to see it through.
Since 2004, Traci’s expertise in conference execution, group dynamics, and the development of non-profits and associations defines the core elements of Riehl Solutions, a management and facilitation company. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she worked in the Marketing Department of Masco Plumbing Products Division serving the Delta Faucet and Peerless Faucet product lines; managed a non-profit supporting the electrical construction industry, the Quality Connection; and served two Speakers of the Michigan House of Representatives. She currently sits on the on the board of the Center for Innovation in Education (CIE) and The Oldham Project.
Traci rejuvenates in solitary activities of cooking, Pilates, tennis, golf, paddle boarding and skiing. Her ultimate escape is with her husband, Chad, two lively children and a pint-sized dog aboard their watery retreat, a teak-trimmed sailboat named Knotty.
